Skoda Kylaq Sportline coming soon, 1.5L engine under consideration
The upcoming Sportline variant of the Kylaq will be inspired by the Kushaq Sportline variant. The whole purpose of this sporty variant will be to do justice to the handling and sporty characteristics of the Kylaq, by providing a tasteful visual upgrade.
Hence, the possible updates are likely to include a beautiful combination of a red exterior paint matched with sporty black highlights, which may include the black alloy wheels, black grille, and black body trim parts. Meanwhile, a touch of red brake callipers will surely make it stand apart from the standard Kylaq variants.
Similarly, the interior is most likely to feature an all-black leather upholstery theme, which will be accentuated by the use of red sporty accents on the dashboard, trim parts, and red stitching on the seats. The Sportline variant will be the most expensive one in the lineup, hence it will include all bells and whistles of the current range-topping model.
Another interesting reveal by Ashish Gupta was the possibility of a 1.5-litre turbo engine-equipped Kylaq. He revealed that customers want it to happen, but the company is assessing the financial feasibility of packing a 1.5L in the Kylaq’s engine bay.
